Brenda has always enjoyed looking at life and capturing the world, people, as well as the plant and animal world. She says: “It’s about the moments we see and can be a part of. Sometimes you are lucky enough to catch them on film and nowadays digitally.” This ability to capture special moments brought Brenda to photography. A DSLR under the Christmas tree a couple of years ago started the journey for her. She joined the Moose Jaw Camera Club soon after it was revived in 2013. A life-long learner Brenda’s main objective in joining the club was to connect with like-minded people that embrace a common interest in photography.
Brenda and her husband make their home at Buffalo Pound Lake. They love the surrounding areas and enjoy the view across the lake while listening to nature’s sounds. Brenda is an artist with many and with interests, but especially in the way she views and interprets the world: “I love nature with its many shades of green on the hillside across the lake and the trees in our yard. I love everyday activities, and I sometimes even like to capture people.”
Thank you for sharing your way of seeing the world, Brenda.
Brenda is the president of the Moose Jaw Camera Club.
