Thanks to all the members, new and “old” for attending the general meeting last night! What a dynamic group we are and it always seems like the two hours from 7 – 9 pm just fly by and we have to lock away the projector and put the tables and chairs back in place at the Cosmo Centre.
Last night began with a lesson on camera sensor cleaning. We broke into two groups and hope that questions were answered and worries put to rest… cleaning a camera sensor is not as hard as we all thought once we actually give it a try. Here are the basic steps we followed last night: camera-sensor-cleaning
After announcements to cover the successful outcome of the annual steak night fundraiser, upcoming competition deadlines and general house keeping info we were excited to welcome Andy Hamilton, An accomplished wedding, portrait and commercial photographer from Moose Jaw who shared his portraits captured with a medium format film camera while vacationing in a Mexican village last year.
Come and join us on November 7th for the next general meeting!
